A suicide car bomb in Baghdad claimed by the self-proclaimed Islamic State has killed more than a dozen people and wounded 50 others.
Iraqi police say the attacker drove the car into a vegetable market in the mainly Shi'ite district of Jamila and detonated the bomb after security forces opened fire on the vehicle.
ISIL said it carried out the bombing in an online statement.
A series of attacks in the country have killed dozens of people over the past week.
ISIL is coming under increasing pressure from a US-backed offensive in Mosul.
It's been thought likely to carry out attacks around the country as it's driven out of its last major stronghold in Iraq.
