An offshoot of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party, or PKK, has claimed responsibility for a deadly car bomb attack in Turkey's southeast.
That's according to a report from the Kurdish ANF news agency, which cites a statement from the Kurdistan Freedom Hawks, also known as TAK.
Friday's attack in the mainly Kurdish city of Diyarbakir killed 11 people and wounded many more - just hours after authorities detained leaders and lawmakers from the pro-Kurdish opposition Peoples' Democratic Party, the HDP.
The government accuses the HDP of having links to the PKK.
The so-called Islamic State has also said that it was behind Friday's car bomb attack.
