First videophone opens to lithuanian public in 1965

{{file|t=s6tTD_1537041799}} Something strange. It appears as if its from tv news report about introduction of new telecommunication service between post offices of two biggest lithuanian towns 100 km (~60 miles) apart: Vilnius and Kaunas. Even in 1985 or 1995 such video phone service would have appeared as if it's something from science fiction books. Never heard about it, but at the same time you have to try to not try estimating capabilities of tar budgets. I remember i read somewhere that in soviet times psychiatric establishment was the biggest employer in the capital city of lithuania. Maybe in that report they were showing and telling by using bragging of open source pride parades about some sort of technical capabilities. Notice the post office in capital city is not the central post office, but one that is located quite a bit a distance away from main street. At the same time this 9th post office located across the street from the headquarters of KGB. {{file|t=uUhCR_1537041978}} At least thats the place where we were made to believe KGB headquarters were situated at the time of breakup of soviet union. Currently it's the "de jure" headquarters of lithuanian secret police (vsd.lt). I have no idea what was going on in the year 1965 - i'm just assuming that KGB and post office were situated in the same buildings, but maybe they were nowhere near that place. Maybe the building wasn't even built yet. So regime change is important orwelling tool for performing "neuralizer" like cooking of the geopolitical books, remapping landscapes, redistricting, etc - renaming all the streets, squares, buildings, towns, etc..
