ARTICLE: https://www.bellingcat.com/news/uk-and-europe/2018/09/14/skripal-poisoning-suspects-passport-data-shows-link-security-services/ Skripal Poisoning Suspect's Passport Data Shows Link to Security Services. Russia did a document dump and staged interview with the Skirpal poisoners in a clear sign that they think the world is full of comatose dingbats. Everyone know the main news points.. - They claimed that they tried to visit a Cathedral, but they were never near the cathedral even though they made two 1-hour trips to the area. - They claimed that bad weather stopped them from getting there, but the surveillance photos show that the weather was clear and the roads were clean - They planned a trip ahead of time yet somehow never made it to their "real" destination and only stayed in the UK for 2.5 days before leaving. You would have to be pretty stupid to believe the Russian regime's claims on this staged show. However, looking deeper into the evidence, a Bellingcat investigation shows blatant anomalies in the evidence that Russia readily posted online. KEY POINTS: {{file|t=9HVC8_1536986011}} - The two men were registered in the central Russian resident database under the names Alexander Yevgenievich Petrov and Ruslan Timurovich Boshirov, respectively, and were issued internal passports under these names in 2009. However, no records exist for these two personas prior to 2009. - Aeroflot's passenger manifest, reviewed by Bellingcat and The Insider, discredits Petrov and Boshirov's claims, made in the RT interview, that they had been planning their visit to Salisbury for a long time. The manifest records the times of booking, check-in, and boarding of each passenger. In the case of the two suspects, they made their initial booking - and checked in online - at 20:00 GMT (22:00 Moscow time) on 1 March 2018, the night before their short trip to London and Salisbury - not much of a preplanned trip as claimed. {{file|t=s1YGb_1536985961}} - The flight tickets were purchased the same day, and just several hours after, Yulia Skirpal purchased her ticket to LEAVE London. They probably felt that her ticket out would ruin their plans, so they jumped on getting tickets immediately. - The Russian media outlet Fontanka has previously published information on Boshirov and Petrov's passport files, indicating that they were separated by only 3 digits (-1294 and -1297), meaning that they were issued at nearly the same time - According to Bellingcat and The Insider, their Russian passports were issued by the Federal Migration Service of Russia 770001 in the city of Moscow - "ordinary" citizens do not receive passports there. Passports are issued in this location either for privileged people for a bribe, or representatives of the law enforcement agencies. BUT.. here is the real kicker: The Russian edition of Novaya Gazeta drew attention to the telephone number. It is listed in the phone exchange territory of the GRU HQ building and of the Ministry of Defense of Russia. And differs by 1 number from publicly listed GRU phone numbers online https://www.novayagazeta.ru/news/2018/09/14/145085-novaya-gazeta-obnaruzhila-dopolnitelnye-dokazatelstva-vozmozhnoy-svyazi-cheloveka-obvinyaemogo-v-otravlenii-skripaley-s-ministerstvom-oborony-rossii {{file|t=aF3HX_1536986377}}
