The late night storm on Tuesday night left behind major damage for a family on Brown Road in Oregon. The Taweel family was inside when they started seeing things flying through their backyard.
Hoda Taweel says she was on the main floor with her children when they heard the heavy rain and winds. Moments later, she looked out the window.
"We looked outside and things were flying," says Taweel.
Moments later, the woman's daughter ran into the basement seeking shelter. The storm moved through quickly and within seconds ripped the roof off the family's barn, swept and SUV from the driveway and threw it onto the front lawn and damaged multiple other vehicles that were parked outside.
The Taweel family is ok. In fact, police say the storm brought down trees near Coy and Corduroy as well.
