The European Union has decided to follow in the footsteps of their French government counterparts by freezing all funds towards "National Rally", Marine Le Pen's newly named party, formerly the National Front.
Justifying this action by accusing the party of misuse of funds, Le Pen now has been cut off from all main sources of income within Europe, with French banks unwilling to provide her with loans.
The EU suspect that the party have been funneling funds provided to them to other affairs that are unrelated to the EU, and therefore a "misuse" of funds.
Marine Le Pen has consistently denied all accusations and called such actions an attempt to "kill" France's main opposition party. Her party may now be forced to disband if it cannot raise enough funds to pay its employees.
