In the german city of Koblenz happend -to my knowledge for the very first time- a beheading.
A homeless, not a bum, was found decapitalisised on March 23th on the main cementry of Koblenz.
This kind of "incidents" are not common in Germany,
politically correctness prohibits -as usual- to even mention
possible offenders other than native germans.
The initial reward of information is remarkable high.
