Here is my Winter 2015/16 Forecast for the United States of America and Southern California will be Much Stormier Than Normal Especially in Los Angeles California and the Surrounding Areas because of the Developing El Nino just off the Coast of Ecuador and it is bringing a lot of Rain in the EquatorialPacific Ocean Causing the El Nino to Strengthen and the Subtropical Jetstream will Shirt Northward that will Cause a lot of Rain and Stormy Weather in Southern California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi and as for the New England United States it will be Much Stormier than Normal for Maine, Massachusetts, New York Pennsylvania, Maryland Including Washington DC and the Rest of Eastern United States of America and it will be a lot of Stormy Weather down in Southern California Including Los Angeles and San Diego since the El Nino will be Strengthen and it will turn stormier winter for Southern California since it was Really Dry and a lot of Drought last Winter and a lot of Rain will Cause landslides and Mudslides in Southern California and Be Prepared for the Rough Winter 2015/16
